VHF LOCAL REPEATER TRANSMITTER POWER:

Local Repeater transmitter output N connector.

VHF LOCAL REPEATER RECEIVE AUDIO TO CONTROLLER:
Monitor:
RMS volts AC.
RLC-1 Controller C9 lead nearest to the DB9 connector.
Inject:
Into Local Repeater Duplexer output UHF connector.
144.630.
1.0 KHZ audio at 3.5 KHZ deviation
146.2 HZ CTCSS at 0.5 KHZ deviation.
Adjust:
KPG91D software - PROGRAM - TEST MODE - RA LEVEL.
Set level to ~127 for desired output.
Verify:
0.707 VAC.
Monitor:
RMS volts AC.
RLC-1 Controller "MI" test point.
Adjust:
RLC-1 Controller "MAIN REC" pot (backwards pot).
Set level to desired output.
Verify:
0.707 VAC.
Finish:
Exit TEST MODE.
