Bill W5NPR Recognized for WTX Manager

March 19 — Bill W5NPR received recognition and a plaque at the Midland Hamfest today for his service as WTX Section Manager.   Bill started his term July 1, 2011, just two months after the Rock House Fire that scorched 314,000 acres in Presidio and Jeff Davis counties.  His initial work was busy with recovery from the fire, but the rest of his service to 2015 went smoothly.
