Santa Net is a great opportunity for kids to have their first contact with ham radio by talking to Santa Claus over the 2m repeaters. The club RV is set up in front of the hardware store from 5 to 7pm. Volunteers are needed to set up the RV, decorate the RV with lights, be Santa on a radio, and manage the line waiting their turn. Families enter the RV one at a time. A speaker outside will allow people waiting and walking by to hear the radio.
